Tumane Monastery is Milos Obilic's memorial. A folk story tells that Milos Obilic, who had a castle in Reka (at the place of now days village Dvoriste), accidentally in hunting killed a hermit Zosim Sinait. In order to save his own soul,he started to build a church at that place. He had just finished the church when he received a message from the czar Lazar from Krusevac, and the message said:"TU MANI (Leave) the building; the turks church. Tumane Monastery is a women's monastery.

   Tumane Monastery is Milos Obilic's memorial. "So, the name TUMAN was given to the church. Tumane Monastery is a women's monastery. St.Zosim's hermitage, picture 3, is 1 km from the monastery and can be reached by a village road.
